Dovela performed remodeling work in the common areas and restrooms of the new offices of the Housing Finance Authority, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the North Tower at the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center.

The project included selective demolition, surface repairs, interior finishes, ceiling systems, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, lighting, communications, electronic security, and fire alarm systems.

Design-Build Services for the Interior Offices and Common Areas of the 5th Floor, Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center, North Tower

Dovela participated in the design and construction of the interior rehabilitation of the 5th floor of the North Tower at the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center in Minillas.

The project included the development of an open-office concept, integrating modular spaces, collaborative areas, individual workstations, break areas, technology, acoustics, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

The work required architectural and engineering services, coordination with the participating agency, adaptation to the building’s existing infrastructure, and compliance with permits, codes, regulations, and central security, air-conditioning, and lighting systems.
